Pre Conference Promotion

  • Your organization will be positioned as the Event Presenter of Malaysia Social Media Week 2012 and in all its activities
  • Your corporate logo will be featured on the home page of the event website and will be hyperlinked to your website and vice versa
  • Your corporate logo will be printed on the T-shirt, cap, event bag, car sticker and all event merchandises and marketing collaterals as an Event Presenter
  • Pre and post blogging adverts and social media promotion via facebook, twitter, flickr and others both locally and Internationally
  • A Blogging Competition will be organized under your corporate brand associating to your products and services
  • Your corporate brand will be blogged by all our award nominees (bloggers and social media practitioners)  for your sector as part of their criteria for the award nomination
  • A respective Award will be named after your corporate brand
  • Your corporate brand will be carried throughout all Malaysia Social Media Week 2012 activities
  • Your organization name will be mentioned in all Newspaper / Magazine write ups. We will organize interviews with mainstream TV & Radio channels to highlight you as an Event Presenter of Malaysia Social Media Week 2012
  • Marketing and Branding promotion will also be carried on 500 taxis nationwide and the KL Hop-On Hop-Off city tour bus and other local buses / public transport in the city

Onsite Promotion

  • Presentation – You will present a key topic in the main conference session which will be mutually agreed by both parties and have a choice of panel members for any ONE discussion or forum sessions will be exclusively branded to your establishments as topic title carrier
  • Your Chairman/CEO will be seated on the Main VVIP table with Ministers and other top dignitaries during the Gala Award Dinner
  • You will receive 20 complimentary passes for clients, prospects and staff members to attend the conference in addition to the speakers representing your company
  • You will be allocated 3 VIP tables (30pax) for the Gala Award Dinner
  • Exhibition space – You will be allocated a 36sqm exhibition space in a prominent area for the entire duration of the conference
  • You will provide us the promotion material that will be inserted into the delegate documentation packs
